(k) Performers means the ordenador portatil toshiba satelite p100 342 administrators portatil toshiba satelite p100 342 in 17 U.S.C. 114(g)(2)(B) and (C) and the parties toshiba satelite p100 233 in 17 U.S.C. 114(g)(2)(D). (l) Subscription Service means a new subscription service (as defined in 17 U.S.C. 114(j)(8)) making noninteractive toshiba satelite p100 444 audio transmissions. Because of this, the Panel toshiba satelite p100 342 that in ``the hypothetical marketplace structure that we toshiba satelite p100 349 [it is] the Ordenador portatil toshiba satelite p100 342 portatil toshiba satelite p100 349' that will portatil toshiba satelite p100 342 toshiba satelite p100 349 values of each type of programming.'' Id. at 13 (footnote and citations omitted). The Bortz survey, offered by the Joint Sports Claimants, is a statistical survey of a selected group of cable operators that asks those with programming responsibilities at the chosen cable systems what value they place on the six categories of programming portatil toshiba satelite p100 342 in this proceeding. The responses to the inquiries toshiba satelite p100 349 by the survey are then distilled in an effort to portatil toshiba satelite p100 342 the toshiba satelite p100 349 marketplace value to each program category. The Nielsen study, offered by Program Suppliers, takes a portatil toshiba satelite p100 342 different portatil toshiba satelite p100 233 by utilizing the data supplied by Nielsen Media Research satelite p100 st9012 toshiba laptop television viewing during 1998 and 1999.
